• Steps for Dr. Deepak Anjana V. Chaturvedi's Obesity management/Weight loss protocol

  • Primary form to be filled and sent by you.
  • Consent form for Online weight loss/Obesity protocol to be submitted by you.
  • First Online/web consultation fee with Dr.Deepak Chaturvedi to be paid (INR 2000/- Only).
  • Once the advance consultation fee is received, your primary form will be evaluated by Dr.Deepak Chaturvedi and your first consultation with him would be scheduled either through email/whatsapp messaging/whatsapp calling/Facetime/Skype calling.
  • After the above consultation/communication, you will choose whether to go ahead with the protocol or not.
  • If you agree to proceed ahead with the protocol then you would be asked to go through certain investigations (blood test etc as per Dr.Deepak Chaturvedi's consult). You will need to do these tests/evaluation at your place locally at your own cost.
  • You will need to make the payment for the protocol (INR 25000/- for every 10 kg weight loss).
  • Once your protocol starts (and after the payment is received), an initial prescription with diet plan would be sent to you (By email/courier/whatsapp).
  • After the receipt of the investigations reports your protocol will be modified accordingly.
  • Most of the prescription medicines/supplements would be available in the local market which you can buy locally there.
  • Whatever medicines/supplements not available locally there would be provided from here (at added cost).
  • The follow ups would happen on regular basis (online/whatsapp/facetime/skype) and time to time modification of the protocols would be done.
  • You are always welcome to visit the clinic during your protocol.
  • Please note that the protocols would be designed as per the detailed history given by you and further investigations and evaluation. Please try to be as accurate as possible in providing you info.
