• Steps for Dr. Deepak Chaturvedi's Obesity management/Weight loss protocol

  • Book your appointment (+91-9769912219; +91-9987002515).
  • First Online/web consultation/Physical consultation fee with Dr.Deepak Chaturvedi to be paid (INR 2500/- Only) to be paid to book the appointment.
  • Consultation will happen on scheduled date and time. Share your complete medical records before the scheduled consultation.
  • The consultation would be through WhatsApp video/Audio or physical consultation in the clinic.
  • After the above consultation/communication, you will choose whether to go ahead with the protocol or not.
  • If you are willing to proceed with the protocol then a Consent form for weight loss/Obesity protocol will be sent to you which you will be reading, signing and submitting back.
  • If you agree to proceed ahead with the protocol then you would be asked to go through certain investigations (Lab tests/Imaging etc as per Dr.Deepak Chaturvedi's consult).
  • Further protocol (including Consultations, Medical prescriptions, Dietary plans, periodic dietary and medicines modifications) will start at a price of INR 10,000/- per month.
  • In one month the average expected weight loss is of the range of 3-5 kg. The results depend significantly on the compliance.
  • The above cost doesn’t include the cost of investigations/medicines.
  • Once you are enrolled for the protocol you will stay in direct communication with Dr. Deepak Chaturvedi through WhatsApp messages so that you can send periodic updates and receive instructions tor any modifications in the protocol.
  • The protocol assures 2 consultations per month (physical/video/audio) from Dr. Deepak Chaturvedi.
  • Most of the prescription medicines/supplements would be available in the local market which you can buy locally.
  • Whatever medicines/supplements not available locally would be provided from the center (at added cost).
  • The follow ups would happen on regular basis as mentioned above (Physical/ whatsapp video/ WhatsApp audio) and time to time modification of the protocols would be done.
  • You are always welcome to visit the clinic during your protocol.
  • Please note that the protocols would be designed as per the detailed history given by you and further investigations and evaluation. Please try to be as accurate as possible in providing your medical information.
